鈥淎uthorised unit trusts and mutual funds鈥� are those unit trusts and mutual funds which have been authorised by the 国产色情 (SFC) under Part IV of the 国产色情 and Futures Ordinance. These include Real Estate Investment Trusts authorised by the SFC.

Q2 : Should the value of funds/portfolios be reported under Part B of Form 12 if a licensed corporation has delegated its asset management function of the funds/portfolios to other parties?
